- This temple was constructed in Yunlin’s Beigang Township to honor the diety Mazu, Goddess of the Sea.
- The temple was completed & dedicated in the early 1700’s. The original construction was later expanded three times in the Qing era (1730, 1773, 1837). The temple is known for its highly ornate wood and stone carvings, colorful porcelain ornamentation, & expansive courtyard layout.

- This is a former Japanese Shintō Site located in Linnei Township. It was constructed between 1939–1940 by the Japanese colonial government.

- Traditional Taiwanese Shrines & Minor Worship Sites:
- Wanshan Ye Shrine – 萬善爺祖廟 – A local shrine dedicated to Wanshan Ye, a deity believed to offer protection and blessings over local communities. The shrine is part of a Wanshan Ye Cultural Park, featuring peaceful gardens, exhibits, and wishing trees where visitors can tie blessing ribbons or papers.
- Wanshan Temple, Kouhu Township – Built during the Qing era, it commemorates flood victims of the 1845 Jinhu tsunami. Every lunar June, this site hosts the Water-Carrying Zhuang Ceremony, a major community ritual involving water lanterns and folk rites.

- Yong’an Temple in Mailiao Township – Yong’an Temple – 楊厝永安宮 – Dedicated to Kai Zhang Sheng Wang, with other gods like San Tai Zi, Tudigong, and Tiger God. Hosts cultural activities on October 3 (lunar calendar) to honor the deity Chen Yuanguang.
